with the following facilities and structures.
Office space

Office floor plan
- Floor finish
All the office floors are designed to meet the floor strength standard of
300kg/m2. Adoption of 50mm-OA floor guarantees smooth and comfortable walk
without any hollow noise or rattling noise. The design also allows space
for LAN connectors and electric outlet, facilitating addition and relocation
of wires and electric outlet as well.
|
|
- Electric capacity
The standard electric capacity of regular offices are set at 60VA/m2 which
is more than enough for an average office.
|
|
- Adopted center core system
Common space such as elevator, rest rooms, pantry, and the
like are kept in the central area and is surrounded by office areas without
pillars on the East, South and North sides. This arrangement ensures
comfortable working environment.
|
- Module design
Floor area is divided into three-meter- units. Each unit has lighting,
sprinkler, smoke detector or broadcasting speaker for emergency systems.
This accommodates the user's needs of office layout.
|
|
- Sound proof design
Office space, surrounded by hallways, is free of noise as a result of the
central core system confining all the noise-emitting facilities such as
elevator and air conditioning system in the core area. Windows are all
fixed sash windows so that they block the traffic noise on the street.
|
|
- Air conditioning system
The entire building adopts clean and safe regional air conditioning system.
The cold water / steam supply for air conditioning comes from a regional
air conditioning plant. Using this cold water / steam supply, office floors
are maintained in the most comfortable room temperature.
|
|
- Hot water supply system
Central hot water system is adopted in the rest room. Pantry
within the central core area adopts steam water heater with hot water
tank.
|
- Elevator
Destination floors are segmented on the ground floor as follows: 1~18,
18~31,31~43, 43~53. Eight elevators are provided for respective destination
groups. A total of 32 elevators ensure smooth transport within the
building.
|
|
Note: These facilities are installed only on the renewaled floors. Therefore, some offce space for lease may not have these facilities.
(The above specifications do not cover the entire building.)
