Property Management Business

The operating complexity of buildings is increasing under diverse needs from tenants and growing sophistication in function, and the division between real estate ownership and management is becoming more prevalent. Consequently, the role of total property management for operating and managing buildings is gaining prominence. Aiming for enhanced services to building-owner clients and efficient operations, Tokyo Tatemono has developed the Internet-based, e-BM System for property management operations of buildings belonging to third parties.

ISO14001 and ISO9001 Certification

In February 2001, the Office Properties Division acquired ISO 14001 certification, the international standard for environmental management systems, with respect to the building operations and management business. We promote energy and water conservation, separation of waste, and recycling, by calling upon building tenants to cooperate. We actively introduce high-efficiency, energy-saving installations and rooftop greening in new construction and renovation, and conduct environmentally conscious building management. In addition, our group companies Tokyo Tatemono Amenity Support Co., Ltd., Tokyo Building Service Co., Ltd., and Tokyo Real Estate Management Co., Ltd., engaged in management and cleaning services, as well as Tokyo Tatemono Techno-Build Co., Ltd., engaged in renovations have obtained ISO 9001 certification, the international standard for quality management systems.
