Residential DevelopmentTokyo Tatemono is committed to the delivery of high-quality condominiums and houses from the dweller’s perspective. We aim for housing that furnishes a desirable, comfortable, and happy residential life. The market trends are changing for condominiums and apartments, and we have shifted from a simple concept of development and sales for multi-dwelling unit (MDU) housing. The Tokyo Tatemono Group brings together its comprehensive knowledge and strength in condominium development, as well as rental housing. We put priority on the creation of superior living space, and on high-quality management and operations.
Condominium DevelopmentTokyo Tatemono began this business in 1968, shortly after the first condominiums appeared in Japan. To date, we have delivered more than 26,000 units. Our condominium brand was unified under the Brillia banner in 2003 with the brand identity tag lines of “Refined housing” and “Comfortable and peaceful housing after residence.” The Tokyo Tatemono residential business companies work together toward the achievement of this brand identity, and are dedicated to the creation of housing with genuine value.
