The Tokyo Tatemono Group brings together its comprehensive knowledge and strength in condominium development, as well as rental housing. We put priority on the creation of superior living space, and on high-quality management and operations.
Condominium Development
Tokyo Tatemono began this business in 1968, shortly after the first condominiums appeared in Japan. To date, we have delivered more than 26,000 units. Our condominium brand was unified under the Brillia banner in 2003 with the brand identity tag lines of “Refined housing” and “Comfortable and peaceful housing after residence.” The Tokyo Tatemono residential business companies work together toward the achievement of this brand identity, and are dedicated to the creation of housing with genuine value.
 Brillia Tower Tokyo (Sumida Ward, Tokyo)
This high-rise residential tower is the largest in its class in east Tokyo. Anchoring the olinas redevelopment project, the tower is 45 stories high with 644 units, and stands next to commercial facilities housing a shopping mall, restaurant lane, and cinema complex. Besides these conveniences, Kinshi Park spreads out with ornate green space on the south side. |

Brillia Tower Osaki (Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo)
This 29-story, 238-unit condominium tower stands near JR Osaki Station, just a four-minute walk away. This land-leasehold based condominium property is the first in central Tokyo to have a stipulated leasehold term of 73 years.

Brillia Daikanyama Prestige (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo)
Conceived as “the new hill on Daikanyama Hill,” this luxury condominium is accentuated by roof terraces formed by staggered stacking of cube-like architecture. The refined design also instills the essence of sanctuary, while natural light and glass materials artistically play out onto common areas.

Brillia Grande Minato Mirai Ocean & Park (Nishi Ward, Yokohama)
Twin towers are under construction in the Minato Mirai district, which is currently under massive development. The buildings will be 30 stories high and house 555 units in total. The luxuriousness of Yokohama can be found here: refined urban dwelling amid the pleasantness of the sea and greenery.

This luxury condominium faces Sakura Namiki Street. Occupying an entire block, the complex exudes profound autonomy, and successfully introduces generous natural air circulation and abundant natural light.

Under the “Apartments” brand, Tokyo Tatemono furnishes high-quality rental units and high-grade serviced units. We also contract for management of completed properties, and are committed to improvement of profitability and asset value. |
Apartments Shinonome Canal Court (Koto Ward, Tokyo)
A “designer’s” rental apartment complex of 423 units (including 33 SOHO units) built as the first development under the rental housing system for private-sector support of the Urban Renaissance Agency, an independent administrative corporation. The facades, lighting, and signage plans for the complex incorporate the imaginative efforts of renowned architecture firms.

Residential Development for Detached Houses
Tokyo Tatemono began residential subdivision lot sales in 1928, and subdivision home sales in 1973. Over the years, we have developed numerous designs for residential space, and sold more than 2,000 homes. We are engaged in individual home sales, preset land-leasehold home sales, and architecturally regulated residential lot sales.

The development takes advantage of the stepped, sloping landscape. Built in a southern European style for hilly residences, the homes emphasize superior views, and the neighborhoods feature openness. |
