Resorts and Facilities
Changes in the values and lifestyles of the nation's citizens have prompted developers to shift from resorts that emphasize the roof over the head, to resorts that offer comfort and respite, environmental integrity, and preservation of scenic views. Since our first endeavor of hot spring resort land sales in Yugawara, Kanagawa Prefecture, in 1937, Tokyo Tatemono has engaged actively in the development and subdivision sales of large-scale resorts and resort condominium projects, as well as in the operation of resort hotels, and provided recreational and relaxing space with value. In recent years, we have leveraged our extensive know-how accumulated from resort developments, and assumed a broad range of facilities operations for establishments such as business hotels and golf courses.
Hatoriko Highland Regina Forest (Ten'ei Mura, Iwase-gun, Fukushima Prefecture)
Tokyo Tatemono is developing 2 million square meters of highlands bordering Lake Hatori. Located at an altitude of 700 meters, this large-scale resort complex has set its development theme as beautiful, harmonious living among people and nature. The total project is divided into three parts: the first development block is for a subdivision sale of 360 lots for resort homes all equipped with hot spring taps, adjacent to 20 tennis courts that hosted the Fukushima National Sports Festival. The second block is a resort operation staged around manmade Lake Regina (30,000m2). This complex is home to Amo-no-Yu, an outdoor hot bath facility, Western casual restaurant Rapina, cottages of the Villa hotel Atrio, and the Coleman Camp Ground, operated through a tie-up with global outdoor gear giant Coleman. The resort is open all year, and offers delightful times through all four seasons.
Regina Kyoto (Kamigyo Ward, Kyoto)
(Formerly Kyoto Kenko Zukuri Center operated by the Social Insurance Agency [Paire Kyoto])
Tokyo Tatemono was awarded a contract for the first time as a private enterprise to manage and operate a pension welfare facility. The building has five floors above ground and one level below ground. There are 36 guest rooms, as well as meeting rooms, classrooms, restaurants, and an indoor heated pool. |
