 Real Estate Appraisal
Tokyo Tatemono began the business of real estate appraisal at the turn of the 20th century, more than 50 years before the institution of the Real Estate Appraisal and Rating System in 1963. Tokyo Tatemono served as a founder in the establishment of the Japanese Association of Real Estate Appraisal, and was the earliest major institution in the appraisal industry in Japan. We are proud of the deep trust earned from government agencies and prominent corporations in our highly precise appraisals and evaluations that are based on years of accumulated evaluation know-how, and rendered from the latest data available by virtue of our full-service real estate company status.
