The Group constantly strives to provide high-quality condominiums and houses, undertaking customer-oriented product planning that helps people attain a fulfilling and ideal lifestyle. During 2003 the condominium business was consolidated under the Brillia brand, and the Company concentrated on acquiring select locations, meticulous, customer-oriented product planning, quality management and after-sales service to realize the basic concepts of the Brillia housing brand, “Refined housing” and “Comfortable and peaceful housing after residence.” Also, in line with changes in the condominium market, the Company recently broke away from the stereotypical model of equal subdivision in condominium development it had pursued up to this point. In the lease housing field as well, the Company is focusing on creating prime living spaces and providing high-quality management, pulling together the expertise and collective power of the Group, developing high-quality apartments in city centers, and developing prime rental properties in city centers and selling these to investors.
