Conducts business in self-driving type multistory parking lots, tower type parking lots, etc.nationwide. Develops/provides optimal parking taking into account the surrounding environment, land size, operation period and other conditions.
Conducts parking business under two brands of "NPC24H" and "FRIEND PARK."

Parking Lots for Lease
A business model in which Tokyo Tatemono Group pays fixed lease fees (land rent) to land owners and operates pay-by-the-hour parking. Being able to respond to leasing as well as sales in accordance with the size of land or parking lot is a feature unique to Tokyo Tatemono Group.
